The Label Team, Inc., based in Salem, OH, USA, has announced the promotion of Jordan McDaniel to administrative vice president. The Label Team is a privately owned manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, tags, and other products, custom produced using digital and flexographic print technologies.

2024 marks TLT’s 26th year in business since its founding in August 1998 by owner and flexographic industry veteran Dean McDaniel. All production takes place locally at the company’s facility in the Salem Industrial Park of Northeast Ohio.

Prior to joining the family business full-time in 2021, Jordan worked for several years in the religious non-profit sector in various leadership roles. He then entered the cable telecommunications industry, working as an on-site technician, and later in leadership supporting a team of remote tech support agents.

As operations analyst, Jordan has become a crucial resource for The Label Team, adapting his experience in interpersonal relations and creative digital problem-solving into a strategy for expanding TLT’s capabilities and client base while maintaining the company’s steadfast commitment to providing a best-in-class customer experience.

Jordan considers his involvement with the purchase and implementation of digital UV inkjet equipment, capable of printing variable data, among his most significant accomplishments. According to Jordan, he appreciates being able to rely on the expertise of his co-workers and looks forward to a bright future for TLT.

Jordan lives with his wife, Katie, and their four children. At home, he helps manage the many plants and animals on their homestead. Jordan enjoys singing at church, playing mahjong, working out, and tinkering with software. He also tries to squeeze in time to practice his French and Japanese.
